1. Introduction

Welcome to KT Global CPR. By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any KT Global CPR course, program, or service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• All information provided during registration must be current, accurate, and complete.

3. Course Registration and Participation

• Registration is completed upon full payment and receipt of confirmation from KT Global CPR.
• Participants must comply with all course requirements, including attendance, participation, and completion of assessments or practical demonstrations, if applicable.
• KT Global CPR reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to any individual who fails to comply with these terms, engages in inappropriate conduct, or disrupts course instruction.

4. Certification

• Certifications are awarded to participants who successfully meet all course requirements as determined by KT Global CPR instructors.
• Certification validity periods, renewal requirements, and recognition are subject to the policies of the accrediting body and KT Global CPR.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, handouts, presentations, images, and online content, are the intellectual property of KT Global CPR or its licensors.
• Materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• KT Global CPR and its instructors are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use or misuse of information or skills obtained during training.
• Participants acknowledge that CPR and first aid training involve physical activity and assume all risks associated with participation.
• KT Global CPR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during its courses or events.

7. Modifications to Terms

KT Global CPR reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KT Global CPR operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
