No Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to KT Global CPR for courses, program fees, or services are non-refundable under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law.

2. Cancellations and Transfers

• No refunds will be provided for participant cancellations, missed classes, or failure to attend scheduled courses.
• In rare circumstances and at KT Global CPR’s sole discretion, a transfer to a future course date may be offered if requested at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class. This is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
• Any approved transfers are valid for one occurrence only and must be used within six (6) months of the original course date.

Tardiness to Class

Participants are required to arrive punctually for all scheduled courses. Late arrivals may be denied entry if their entrance disrupts the session or compromises essential training components. Admission of participants arriving after the scheduled start time is at the sole discretion of KT Global CPR. Any coursework or assessments missed due to tardiness remain the responsibility of the participant, and no refunds or partial credits will be provided under such circumstances.

Fees, Cancellations, and Agreement to Terms

• By registering for a course with KT Global CPR, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
• A $50 administrative fee applies for all cancellations, unless otherwise required by law.
• No cancellations or refunds are permitted within seven (7) days of the scheduled class date.
• If you wish to reschedule within seventy-two (72) hours, (3 days) prior to the class start time, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply, subject to availability and KT Global CPR’s discretion.
• No refunds will be issued for “No-Shows.”
• Any course purchased within seventy-two (72) hours of its scheduled start date is considered final sale—there are no cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds for such purchases.

Credit/Debit Card Authorization

By selecting the agreement checkbox during registration, you authorize KT Global CPR to charge your credit or debit card for the total amount specified, including any applicable fees as described above. Checking the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions constitutes your digital signature for these charges.

3. Course Cancellations by KT Global CPR

• If KT Global CPR cancels a course for any reason, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another course date.
• KT Global CPR is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants (such as travel or accommodation) due to course cancellations.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be considered only for medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, solely at the discretion of KT Global CPR. Supporting documentation must be provided, and approval is not guaranteed.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting KT Global CPR to seek a resolution may result in immediate termination of course participation and forfeiture of certification. All concerns should be addressed directly with our administrative team for review and possible resolution.
